Fundraising Form

Please review the polices related to student organizations beginning on page four here of the UWF Fundraising & Solicitation policy prior to completing this form. Please note that this form only relates to the fundraising aspects of the project, and approval here does not guarantee a facility reservation. Reservations must be secured through the Event request system.

Also, student organizations are no official university entites, and should never use UWF's tax I.D. information when working with vendors and/or donors/sponsors. In addition, student organizations must be clear with donors/sponsors that any funds or in-kind items provided are not officially going to the university, but rather the student organization.
